A Quick tour to Ledsmaster's aging room.

1. All of the products from Ledsmaster are experiencing 48 hours aging before shipment.

2. We create a very quiet and no air-ventilation(no cooling fan) environment, to make sure that the room temperature is higher and aging process is harsh. The only fans in the room is for safety reason, and normally is not working.

3. We shall also switch the light on and off while the light is fully on and while the light is cool off, this is to simulate the abnormal turning off and on again, like the great blackout, like the fuse off.

4. All lights we aged, we pointing the light to top. (most of light's aging is pointing down, or to the side), this would increase another 15% of heat to the heatsink.

5. We carefully keep the room temperature 40-55 Celsius degree, this will also simulate the harshest environment in your usage.

6. We shall manually inspect the light over 10 times during this process for multiple points of view to ensure the light's performance.
